After years of careful restoration — chapel, manor house, vineyards back to working condition — the estate now opens to a small number of corporate groups each year. Family-run, direct dealing, no intermediaries: you speak directly with our founder Diogo Caleiro, who shapes your week alongside you.

Every retreat at Quinta do Boiro is built around the team that comes. These are the four programme shapes we host most often — most weeks combine elements of two or three.
Working Spaces
Plenaries in the Reception Hall. Open-air sessions and long dinners under the Vineyard Pavilion, in the middle of the vines. Boardroom sessions in the Salon. One-to-ones in the Study. Maximum capacities, measured on the topographic survey of the estate. Seated figures are without a dance floor: with one, the Vineyard Pavilion seats about 180 and the Reception Hall about 100. Indoor rooms are measured inside the walls.

Where Your Team Stays
Up to six overnight plus accompanying partners, distributed across the manor house and three independent apartments — each space with its own entrance and quiet rhythm. Larger groups: same-day attendance and nearby partner hotels we know well.
Bedrooms with original detailing and restored interiors, opening onto the central courtyard. Quiet, private, and a step away from the working rooms.
Two one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom — independent entrances, full kitchens, ideal for accompanying partners or for extending the stay either side of the working days.
Indoor pool with floor-to-ceiling valley views, spa relaxation area, the Library, the rooftop terrace, tennis court, gardens and chapel — all part of the exclusive-use footprint while your team is on site.

The hours between sessions are where many of the best conversations happen. We help shape them too — never compulsory, never branded entertainment, always optional and on the estate.
